Currently studying a Masters in Psychology of Education.

I studied at one of the country's leading grammar schools (in the top 5 selective schools) gaining A Levels in Chemistry, English, Music and Critical Thinking and 11 GCSEs A*-B. I hold a Grade 7 Popular Music Theory certificate as well as Grade 5 ABRSM Music Theory.

I have experience tutoring for 11+ and entrance exams as well as tutoring combined sciences and Chemistry up to GCSE level and English language up to GCSE level.

I am also able to teach practical music (cello) for beginner- immediate level, as well as theoretical music up to Grade 6/AS Level harmony, and songwriting/composition up to intermediate level (A2).

I really believe in the importance of building strong foundations and core skills, helping students to realise and achieve their potential as well as building confidence.

Satin has a very friendly and professional manner. My daughter Emily connected with her straight away and feels she is already benefiting from the one to one maths tuition from Satin.

Satin is in the process of tutoring my 2 teenagers for their GCSE maths exam and I have to say what a lovely young lady she is. Young being very important to my teenagers as they feel she is in touch with what they are doing at the moment. She is very knowledgeable in her subject and she explains things really well to my 2 who have struggled with this subject. My son said his school teacher takes about half an hour to explain something and he still doesn't get it, yet Satin explained it to him in a few minutes in a way he totally understood. I am very pleased to have Satin as their tutor and would recommend her to anyone needing a tutor for GCSE level.
